He was predeceased by: his parents, Warder Batton and Opal Childers Batton; and his sister Barbara Jean Schulte. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Batton; his children, Johnny Batton (Tami), Suzette Hungerford (Dan), Margie Suder (Mark), Candace Balderson (Steve) and Krishna Root (David); and his sisters, Patricia Lott and Peggy Davis (Bill). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
