She is survived by: her husband Carroll Keith Joy of Elizabeth, WV; her children, Charles Raymond Joy (Joanie) of Parkersburg, WV, Jennifer May Joy Lockhart (Timmie) of Palestine, WV, Christopher Keith (Marcella) of Forrest Hill, MD and Jeffery Alan (Danielle) of Hopkinsville, KY; and her siblings, David Eugene Wheaton of Nelsonville, OH, Mary Elizabeth of Nelsonville, OH and Brian Wheaton of Nelsonville, OH. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
