He is survived by: his wife Charlene Flesher Johnston; his daughter Tiffany Johnston (Jose Zermeno) of Mineral Wells; his stepsons, Nathan Curfman (Heather) of Elizabeth and Scott Curfman (Angela) of Ravenswood; his sisters, Elizabeth Ann Collins (Richard) of Mineral Wells, Jeanette Pursley (Bill) of Newark, WV, Lelia Coe (Steve) of Elizabeth and Betty Myers (Randy) of Parkersburg; the mother of his child Shelia Boggs of Mineral Wells; his grandson Alex Zermeno; and his stepgrandchildren, Hayden, Lucas Curfman, Hannah, Cade and Riley Curfman.
