He is survived by: his wife Julia Ann Clay-Starcher; his sons, Chris Starcher (Tammy) of Knox, PA and Eric Starcher (Tausha) of Elizabeth; his grandchildren, Chris (Courtney), Zach, Kyle and Hope; his great grandchildren, Spencer, Torii and Macey; and his sisters-in-law, Janie and Jeanie Starcher. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
