She is survived by: her parent Evelyn Platt; her husband Raymond Shamblin; her sons, Steve Oglesby (Kathleen), Jeff Oglesby (Sandy) and Eric Oglesby (Diana); and her brothers, Ray Platt (Sue) and Phillip Platt. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
