He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde E. Raynes and Lillian N. Runyon Raynes; and his great-niece Katie Cobb. He is survived by: his brothers, Clyde Raynes (Becky) of Eleanor and Zachary Raynes (LuAnn) of Eleanor. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
