He is survived by: his wife Sandy Nicholson; his daughter Angie Childs of South Carolina; his stepsons, Rick Keen (Beth) of Hurricane and Jay Keen (Rachel) of Red House; his grandchildren, Stephen Childs, Dayla Childs, Katie Keen and Olivia Keen; his great grandchild Jameson; and his sister-in-law Karen Nicholson. He is also survived by extended family, church family and many friends.
