We are sad to announce that on March 28, 2019, at the age of 62, Rick Stover (Eleanor, West Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Reba Marie Phillips of Nitro and James E. Stover; his children, Kelly Stover of Long Beach, California, Chris Stover of Eleanor and Shawn Stover of Eleanor; and his sister Sandi Mitchell (Jimmy) of Buffalo. He was also cherished by extended family and a host of friends.
