With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis L. Fisher (Eleanor, West Virginia), who passed away on January 3, 2023 at the age of 94. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Phyllis L. Fisher to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Casto and Beulah Smith Casto; her husband Doyle Fisher; her son Jerry Fisher; and her siblings, Roy Casto, Elsie Monday and Eva Coleman.
She is survived by: her sons, Garry Fisher of Red House and Rick Fisher (Jill) of Red House; her sister Mildred Monday of Columbus; and her grandchildren, Tina Shoemaker, Jody Fisher, Jonathan Fisher, Jeremy Fisher, Mikayla Wood and Cody Fisher. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
