She was predeceased by: her parents, Basil Owen Smith Sr. and Rose Josephine Coon Smith; her husband Bobby E. Kelly Sr.; and her siblings, Basil Owen Smith Jr. and Mary Lou Hicks.

She is survived by: her sons, Bobby Kelly of Eleanor and Patrick Todd Kelly (Melissa) of South Charleston; her grandchildren, Andrew Kelly and Addisyn Kelly; her brother-in-law James Hicks; and her nieces, Shelley Whitttington and Stacey Jones.
