She was predeceased by: her husband Erwin Prindle; her parents, Nettie Hash and James Hash; her stepmother Ethel Hash; her sister Bette Scherer; and her son-in-law John Sampson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karon Sampson and Carole Smith (Lawrence); her stepson David Prindle (Anna); her brother Robert; her half-siblings, James, Jeff Hash (Robin) and Susan Pettit (Skip); and her siblings-in-law, Dove Hash and Harry George Packer (Linda). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making donations to Gideons International or Wounded Warriors.
