It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Dean Smith of Eleanor, West Virginia, born in Chillicothe, Ohio, who passed away on February 1, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Sullivan Agie Smith; his wife Norma L. Smith; and his siblings, Carroll Smith and Marjorie Jividen. He is survived by: his girlfriend Patty Isaac of Eleanor; his children, Bill Smith (Reba) of Eleanor and Karen Cogar of Webster Springs; his siblings, Curtis Smith (Linda) of Ashville, OH, Gloria Tribble of Leon and Brida Humphrey of Eleanor; his niece Brenda Tribble of Leon; and his sister-in-law Stella Doughty of Dunbar. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 11great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
