He was predeceased by: his nephew Danny Mayle. He is survived by: his wife Glenna Mayle; his children, Phillip Mayle and Tammy Lloyd; and his stepsons, Kirk Collins and Adam Collins. He is also survived by three grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
