He is survived by: his mother Arlene Pierson Allen; his children, Herbert Allen, Cassandra Vance and Brandy Allen Turley (Matthew); his grandchildren, Andrew, Isabella, Wyatt, Jordan, Mindy, Elizabeth, Preston, Carolyn and Cory James; his siblings, Charlene Jenkins (Jimmy), Connie Griffith (Cliff) and Marlond Allen (Melissa); his uncle William Pierson; and his former wife Wanda Starcher. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
