She was predeceased by: her husband Dennie Hoffman; her parents, Elmer Walls and Blanche Walls; her siblings, Thomas "Frosty" Walls, John "Barney" Walls and Betty Kelly; and her nephew Tommy Kelly.
She is survived by: her sons, Steve Hoffman (Kim) of Hurricane, WV and Mike Hoffman (Lisa) of Poca, WV.; and her grandchildren, Jason, Zachary (Amanda), Mitch (Brooke) and Cassidy. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to HospiceCare of Charleston.
