It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rufus Lewis (Eglon, West Virginia), who passed away on June 6, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harrison and Edna Alice Blamble Lewis; his daughters, Melody Ann Lewis and Debbie Allison; and his siblings, Webster, Edison, Roy, Alva, Cecil, Rollin, Mabel and Freda.
He is survived by: his children, Rufus Jackson Lewis, Jr., Bradley Jackson Lewis, James Wyatt Lewis, Cresaptown, MD, Marshall Neil Lewis, Marvin Dean Lewis, Joyce Crawford of Oakland, MD and Renee J. Gaither; and his siblings, Harold, Elbert and Alma. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
