He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Henry and Tessie Ray Williams (Cowger); his wife Reba Williams; his children, Laura Stevens and Johnny Ray Williams; his daughter-in-law Phyllis Williams; and his siblings, Larry Williams and Barbara Mae Williams.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra Ruth Kohls (Terry), Regina Gay Banks (Russell), Charlescina Johnson (Kevin), Christine Anette Smith (Don), Crystal Drake (Larry), Rachel Dawn Williams (James DeHass) and Rebecca Ann Williams (Matt Byrnes); his adoptive son Richard Gayle Marteney (Bonnie); and his brother Gail Williams of Fort Worth, TX. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and twenty-eight great-grandchildren.
