He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wesley and Grace Nelvina Rembold Roth; his wife Glenomi Phelps; his brother Charles Edward; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Sue, Eugene Bachtel, William, John Phelps, Donna Phelps, Carolyn Lambert and Ruth Makepeace Myers.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Lynn Crickard (Terry) of Eglon, Kristy Lee Knotts (Rick) of Lake Havasu and Arizonia; his grandchildren, Shannon Stemple (Julie), Rebecca Sliwinski (Derek), Courtney Fletcher-Elder (Brandon) and Logan Knotts; his great grandchildren, Townsend, Triston Stemple, Sawyer, Addison Flansler, Vivian Sliwinski, Wesley Fletcher and Memphis Elder; his children, Zakary, Dakota, Skyler, Isabella, Kaden and Rylee; his sister Bernadine Bachtel of Eglon; and his sister-in-law Judy Cummins of Edenton.
