She was predeceased by: her parents, A. Dayton Bolyard and Catherine Huffman Bolyard of Virginia. She is survived by: her husband Danny K. Moats; her children, Kimberly Rose Orban (Nicholas) of Morgantown and Brian Lee Moats (Lisa) of Oakland; her siblings, Mary Harder (Terry) of Attica, NY, Dorothy Bolyard of Rowlesburg, Linda Snyder (Douglas) of Kincaid, WV, Dayton Bolyard (Betty) of Eglon, Arthur Bolyard (Cathy) of Jane Lew, Dwight Bolyard (Shirley) of Aurora, Raymond "Jack" Bolyard (Debbie) of Mt. Lake Park, MD and Douglas Bolyard (Tracey) of Moatsville; and her grandchildren, Jacob, Adalynn Orban, Juliaeonna Collins, Guage and Candice Moats. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
