She was predeceased by: her parents, Alpha Slaubaugh and Bertha Slaubaugh (Knotts); her husband Levi "Bud" Franklin Sell; her daughter Jessie Delaney (Wayne); and her siblings, Milton Floyd, Earl Cecil, Viola Mae, Alfred Lawrence, Leroy Richard, Arnold Roy, Elva Marie, Delton Troy, William Arthur, Myrtle Ruth, Julia Faith, Mary Catherine, John Albert and Joseph Franklin.
She is survived by: her daughter Jane Judy-Knotts (Richard); her grandchildren, Jacie Judy-Evans (Ron Cangley), Danny Cottrell (Ginger), Jarolyn Judy-Phillips (Zac) and Tonya Cottrell Suther (Craig); her great grandchildren, Lacy, Owen, Emilee, Easton, Brianna, Camden and Kartyr; her great great grandchildren, Brantly and Willow; her sister Shirley Ann; and her friend John Kilcoyne. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
