He is survived by: his father Harold Staley; his daughter Martha Jean Scott; his wife Betty Jean Staley; his son Thomas Harmon Staley; his mother Lillian Chaney of East Lynn; and his sisters, Linda Cornell of Sandusky, Sue Adkins of Wayne, Joyce Adkins (Carlos) of East Lynn, Dora Mae Adkins (Anthony) of Wayne, Lois Staley of Ashland, Edie Wright (Kevin) of Littcarr, Myrtle Williamson Allen of Ashland and Tracey Lynn of Ohio. He is also survived by 12 nieces and 11 nephews.
