It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Farley of East Lynn, West Virginia, born in Branchland, West Virginia, who passed away on July 1, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Macil Farley and Vanie Eaves Farley; and his brother Orville Farley. He is survived by: his uncle Stanton Eaves (Joyce). He is also survived by several cousins, aunts, and uncles.
