He is survived by: his parents, Robert "Bob" Austin Stephens of East Lynn and Elaine Adkins Robertson (Richard Robertson) of Genoa, WV.; his son Austin Blake Marshall-Stephens (Madison) of Huntington, WV; his fiancé Kelly Napier; his partner's children, Bailey and Brooklyn; his siblings, Amanda Robertson Short (Roger "Jack" Short) of Fallsburg, KY and Charles "Chuck" Robertson (Lisa) of Louisa, KY; his nephew Caleb Prince; his nieces, Zoe and Nya Robertson; and also Regina "Gina" Marshall Fischer (Aaron) of Lavalette, WV.
