It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Orman Keith Adkins of East Lynn, West Virginia, born in Ranger, West Virginia, who passed away on April 1, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Adkins and Delphia Crockett Adkins; and his brother Roland Willis Adkins. He is survived by: his wife Regina Fulks Adkins; his son Sam Adkins; his daughter-in-law Barbara; his grandchildren, Steven, Jourdan and Jennifer; his great grandchildren, Kinzlee, Chloe, Winston and Jovi; his brother-in-law Mark Fulks; his nieces, Julie and Tammy; and his close friend Allen Elkins.
