She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Watts and Almeda Adkins Watts; her husband Milton Mills; her stepmother Essie Watts; her grandson Jonathon Taylor; her great grandchild Logan Mills; and her siblings, Alfred, Ernie, Abraham, Ray, Donald Watts, Virginia, Mae and Nannie.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Paul (Daniel) of Huntington, David Mills of East Lynn, Charolette Carter (Greg) of Branchland, Nannie Blankenship (Jamie) of Prichard, Milton Lee Mills (Vanessa) of East Lynn, Thomas Mills (Rhonda) of East Lynn and Robin Blankenship (Dwight) of Lavalette; her siblings, Cardela Mason of Huntington, Almeda Tincher (John) of St. Albans, Linda Black (Billy) of Branchland, Dorothy Gilkerson, Lester Watts (Chris) of Branchland, Thomas Watts (Bev) of Branchland, Freddie Watts of Hurricane and Robert Watts (Violet) of Salt Rock; and her sister-in-law Linda "Bo Bo" Davis of East Lynn. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
