He was predeceased by: his mother Ella Lee Mullins; and his brother Bernard Ray Ross. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Sue Mullins; his son Brian Mullins of East Lynn; his grandchildren, Branam Thompson (Shyanna), Jeffery, Chance, Chace and Johnathan Thompson; his siblings-in-law, Linda Adkins (James) of Wayne, Donna Walker (Kenneth) of Branchland, Beverly Perry (A. J.) of East Lynn, Carl Blankenship of Wayne and Michael Blankenship of Lavalette; and also, Heather Adkins, Lee Mills and Gerald McComas.
