He was predeceased by: his parents, Vermine Ferguson and Lavena Adkins Ferguson Brumfield; his children, Donna Kay Napier, Linda Ferguson and Menis Ferguson, Jr.; his brother Paris Ferguson; his grandson Rocco Ramey; and his daughter-in-law Valerie Ferguson.
He is survived by: his wife Myrtle Marie Brunty Ferguson; his children, Beverly Ramey McCoy (Darren) of Wayne, WV, Ralph Ferguson (Gladys) of New Boston, Ray Ferguson (Diana) of New Boston, David Ferguson (Brenda) of New Boston, Bobby Ferguson (Tammy) of Bowens Creek, WV and Ferry Ferguson of Huntington, WV; and his son-in-law Floyd Napier of Beech Fork. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
