He is survived by: his wife Anthia Smith; his children, Teresa Albright (Jimmy) of East Lynn, Jerry Smith (Alta) of East Lynn, Greg Smith (Bambi) of Salt Rock, Jeff Smith (Sabrina) of East Lynn and Brett Smith (Michele) of Wayne; his grandchildren, Jerry, Homer, Kyle, Megan, Morgen, Halie, Gregory, Madilyn, Rianna, Nicholas, Katelyn, Joshua and Ashlee; and his siblings, Judy Taylor of Huntington, Jean Stamper of Ashland, Jimmy Smith (Linda) of East Lynn and Dale Smith (Kess) of Huntington. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren with one on the way; and 1 great-great grandchild.
