He was predeceased by: his parent Ancil Clay. He is survived by: his parent Mary Adkins Clay; his siblings, Roger Clay, Tony Clay, Shirley Poole, Doris Wilson of Genoa, W. V, Eugene "Curly" Clay (Brenda) of Wayne and Robert Clay (Teresa) of East Lynn; and his pet Maebell.
