She was predeceased by: her parents, Dick Adkins and Grace Anderson Adkins; and her sister Barbara Jean Maynard. She is survived by: her sister Geraldine Thomas; her husband Leo Ballard Maynard; her children, Patty Dickerson (Larry) of South Point, OH, Rachel Perry (Kevin) of Genoa, WV, Leo David Maynard (Peggy) of Milton, WV and Randy Maynard (Tonya) of East Lynn, WV; her sisters, Jaqueline Bishop (Doran) of Jeffrey, WV and Lorane Light (Timmy) of Jeffrey, WV; and her grandchildren, Christopher Boyd, Brandon Boyd, Michelle Vandenhurk, Jamie Maynard, Jeremy Maynard and Morgan Perry. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
