She is survived by: her husband William "Charley" Adkins; her sons, Charley Adkins, Jr. (Stacy) and John Adkins; her grandchildren, Aeriel, Zane, Johnny Adkins (Alexis), Lakyn Minor (Jacob) and Lea Bowen; her great grandchildren, Laila Mae, Dani and Keelie Jo; and her sisters, Patty Dyer (Pete) of Kiahsville, W. Va and Gaynelle Self (Earl) of Wayne. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and friends.
