He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Napier and Sarah Nelson Napier; and his siblings, Glena Allen, Arvil Napier and Basil Napier.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Blankenship Napier; his children, Angie Sutherland (Lowell) and Clinton Napier (Alisa); his grandchildren, Courtland, Caitlyn Sutherland, Zoey and Dillon Napier; and his siblings, Clifford Napier (Sue), Kenneth Napier (Peggy) and Eloise Napier. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
