It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Edgar Napier Jr. (East Lynn, West Virginia), who passed away on August 25, 2019, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Napier and Sarah Nelson Napier; and his siblings, Glena Allen, Arvil Napier and Basil Napier.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Blankenship Napier; his children, Angie Sutherland (Lowell) and Clinton Napier (Alisa); his grandchildren, Courtland, Caitlyn Sutherland, Zoey and Dillon Napier; and his siblings, Clifford Napier (Sue), Kenneth Napier (Peggy) and Eloise Napier. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
