He was predeceased by: his parents, Brenda Tomblin and Charles Ray Tomblin; his wife Melissa Stamper-Tomblin; his sons, Billy Dale Tomblin and Boyd Ray Tomblin; and his sister Ruby Workman.
He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Adkins (Robbie) of Wayne; his grandsons, Camaron and Keaton Adkins; and his sister Loretta Thornhill (John). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of neighbors and friends.
