She is survived by: her children, Teresa Albright (Jimmy) of East Lynn, Jerry Smith (Alta) of East Lynn, Greg Smith (Bambi) of Salt Rock, W. Va, Jeff Smith (Sabrina) of East Lynn and Brett Smith (Michele) of Wayne; her grandchildren, Jerry, Homer, Kyle, Megan, Morgen, Halie, Gregory, Madilyn, Rianna, Nicholas, Katelyn, Joshua and Ashlee; and her siblings, Stella Francis (Tom) of Lavalette, Rard Adkins (Melva) of East Lynn, Sherman Adkins (Cheryl) of Barboursville, W. Va, Delmer Adkins (Sharon) of Proctorville and Emual Adkins (Joyce) of East Lynn. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
