She is survived by: her children, Donnetta Johnson (Larry) of East Lynn, Doug Perry (Teresa) of Gallipolis Ferry, W. Va and Stephen J. Perry (Crystal); her grandchildren, Scott, Kayla, Chrissi, Chad, Tiffany, Brittany, Tara, Josh, Megan, Stephen Kyle, Morgen, Haylee, Whitney and Kyle; her great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Liam, Riley, Amery, Tres, Kaidyn, Gracynn, Brody, Avery, Parker, Amelia, Arahlynn, Carson, Allie, Raegynn and Bristol; her siblings, Robert Workman of Cleveland and Yvonne Hensley (W. Va) of Chapmanville; and her close friends, Pat Napier and Jamie Drake.
