We are sad to announce that on January 14, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Virginia Toler (East Bank, West Virginia), born in Charleston, West Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry Harrison Toler and Mary Lee Harmon Toler. She is survived by: her brother William Thomas Toler of Raleigh, NC. She is also survived by eight cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Hospice Hubbard House or the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
