He was predeceased by: his father Harmon Leon; and his brother Robert Sparkman. He is survived by: his wife Karen I. Henderson Sparkman of East Bank; his children, Kevin Sparkman (Rita) of Crown Hill, Mikie Sparkman (Lisa) of Pratt and Paula Ann Sparkman (Jason Bill) of Pratt; his siblings, David Sparkman (Paula) of Hansford, Nathan Sparkman (Carol) of Crown Hill and Pamela Brown of Chelyan; his sister-in-law Sally Sparkman of Pratt; his grandchildren, Haylee, Katie, Jayden and Stanley; and his close friends, Butch Hughes and Charles "Chick" Filbin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
