He is survived by: his wife Brenda Napier (Divita); his children, Christi White (Roach) of Charleston, WV., Jennifer Napier of Charleston, WV. and Jonathan Dale Napier; his siblings, George Napier of Virginia, Evan Napier of Virginia, Merle Napier of Virginia, Jeanette Kelley of Indiana, Joan Bush and Louville Napier of Virginia; and his son-in-law James Roach Jr. (Jimbo) of Charleston, WV.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
