She is survived by: her children, Jesse H. Carter, Jr. (Mary Carter), Amy Carter Fulmer (Kevin R. Fulmer) and Emily Carter Smith (Shane W. Smith); her daughter-in-law Michelle Carter Adkins; her grandchildren, Austin Brian Carter, Tabitha Carter Lindsey (Malachi Aaron Lindsey), Caleb Michael Carter, Peyton H Fulmer, Lauren Emily Fulmer, Nola Grace Smith and Wyatt James Smith; her great grandchild Kai Aaron Lindsey; and her brothers, Eddie James Porter and Donald Ray Porter.
