He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold "Wimpy" and Mary Collett Phares of Beverly, WV.. He is survived by: his wife Gail Phares of East Bank, WV; his sister Sally (Quentin Hamrick) of Beverly; his daughters, Tara Phares Conley of East Bank and Kim Phares Conley of East Bank; his grandchildren, Megan, Joshua, Mike-Mike, Derek and Justin; and his stepchildren, Lynn, Chuck, Nancy, Ladi and Border Collie. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
