Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Elizabeth Bannister (East Bank, West Virginia), born in Leominster, Massachusetts, who passed away at the age of 83, on November 30, 2018. She was predeceased by: her husband William "Doug" Bannister; her parents, Henry Phelps and Dorothy Phelps; and her siblings, Martha Ledger, Phyllis Brettschneider and Henry Phelps.
She is survived by: her siblings, David Cote of Gardner, MA, Roger Cote of Baldwinville, MA, Robert Cote of Somerset, KY and Dorothy Pelletier of St. Augustine, FL. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, and other beloved family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Betty's memory to the Good Shepherd Food Pantry, Box 16, East Bank, WV 25067.
