He is survived by: his siblings, Marilyn Kelley (Larry), Carolyn Cooper, Christine Tharpe (William), Russell Cooper, Herschel Cooper, Jr. (Phyllis), Timmy Clark (Heidi) and Linda Rulong; and his sister-in-law Brenda Cooper. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
