She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Lewis and Leafie Bennett Lambert; her sons, James and Arthur Thompson; and her siblings, Virginia Lantz, Catherine Fenstermaker, Gail, Harlan, Glenn and Harold Lambert.
She is survived by: her husband Arthur "Bud" Mullenax of Durbin; her daughters, Sandra Kay Moats (Joe) of Sugar Grove and Mary McCray (Bobby) of Doe Hill, VA; her grandchildren, Elaine Arbogast, Melissa Moats, Joy Bennett, Roger Tingler and Little Ricky; her great grandchildren, John, Karena, Brody, Ashlyn and Chase; her great great grandchildren, Raelyn and Rashad; and her sisters, Bronda Vandevander of Arbovale, Barbara Riggleman (Bob) of Fairborn, OH and Helen Taylor (Delmar) of Mill Creek. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
