He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Covey Brooks "Chippy" and Mary M. Nelson Vance; his close friend Tammy Oxier; and his extended family, Robert, Connie Greulick, Tommy Greulick, Rick, Shawnee, Erika, RJ Morgan, Lee Oxier (Jessie), Anna Kane (Mark, Jr), Hallie Kane, Marka Taylor (Travis), Addisyn Taylor and Ellie Greulick.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Arbovale Chapel (162 Old Route 28 Road, Arbovale, WV 24915). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
