She was predeceased by: her parents, Clark Phillips and Mary Janice Sage Phillips; her husband Donald Bennett Meeks; and her siblings, Elva Ray, Glenda P. Long and Clark Phillips, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, David (Pamela) of Colorado, Don (Michelle) of Minnesota, Donna Warner (David) of Durbin and Duane (Yvette) of Louisiana. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren.
