She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Shiflett and Jessie Sheets Shiflett; her husband Benjamin Harold Collins; her son George Franklin Collins; and her siblings, Harry, George, Edward, Walter, Lonis, Cletious, Phillip, Geneva, Glenna and Catherine.
She is survived by: her children, Dorothy Garland (Bob), Erma Hedrick (Rick), David (Diana) and Berl (Mary); her daughter-in-law Janet Collins; her nephew Jack Shiflett; her niece Edith Borchardt; her friend Elaine Rhodes; and her grandchildren, Jeryl, George, Curtis, Troy, Brian, Melissa, Shauna, Heather, Angela and Michael. She is also survived by 27 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations of sympathy may be made to the River of Life Ministries Church in Durbin or the St. Judes Childrens Research Hospital at 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
