He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Cummins and Edith Cummins; his sister Tina Marie Walther; and his mother-in-law Frances. He is survived by: his wife Ann Cummins; his children, Arianna Pugh (Bryan) of Durbin and Brian Cummins (Haley) of Huntersville; his grandchildren, Layne, Lincoln and Karsyn; and his siblings, Jack Cummins of Durbin, Joe Cummins of Marlinton, Esthel Summerfield of Baltimore, MD and Caren Bondura of Baltimore, MD. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
