He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Kirk and Myrtle Kirk. He is survived by: his wife Betty Kirk; his children, Vanetta Stoddard (Michael) of Pennsylvania, Tim Kirk (Pam) of Ohio, David Kirk (Cathy) of Ohio, Lisa Irwin of Ohio and Richard Welch (Trina); and his siblings, Carrie Callahan (Charles), Shari Sheats and William Kirk (Linda).
