She was predeceased by: her mother Rena Maynard Perry; her husband Roy Maynard; and her siblings, Ann Maynard, Carline Stevens, Elmer Maynard and Don Maynard.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Adkins (Allen) of Dunlow, WV, Roy Maynard of Dunlow, WV and Sammy Maynard (Deanna) of Fort Gay, WV; her siblings, Eva Maynard of Dunlow, WV and Sammie Meade (Linda) of Marietta, OH; her grandchildren, Matthew Adkins, Jerrica Cougler (Zach), Jared Maynard (Riley), Caleb Maynard, Laken Maynard and Paisley Maynard; her great grandchild Waylon Dale Cougler; and her cousin Christine Moore.
