He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Meddings and Vicie Pack Meddings; his brother Wayne Meddings; and his sister-in-law Arlene Meddings. He is survived by: his brothers, Billy Ray Meddings of Crum, WV, Tommy Meddings (Gail) of Dunlow, WV and Howard Meddings (Kimberly) of Radnor, WV. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
